The biggest ever survey on alcohol has been launched in a bid to understand why the region has one of the biggest alcohol problems in the country.
The survey will revolve around a questionnaire which will be available both on-line and in hard copy.
The aim of the questionnaire is to uncover how much the population drinks, what their attitudes are towards alcohol consumption, including what they like about drinking and what might trigger them to drink less.
